We offer the rental of mailboxes that are ideal for both companies and private individuals. The service is for both national and international companies that need an address in Oslo. It can also be practical if you are stationed abroad, are on long holidays or if you are a commuter.

This will give you increased flexibility, and your mail will be handled in a secure and professional manner. The mailboxes are available in our shop at Youngstorget in Oslo. We offer forwarding of documents and packages to a new destination or scanning to e-mail.

Your mailbox is your own private room. SendSmart Solutions’ service team will not open your mail, unless you give your permission. For example if you want us to scan a document for forwarding to an e-mail address or as a picture to your phone.

Key deposit: NOK 150,-
Forwarding by regular mail: NOK 60,- per forwarding + postage and packaging
Forwarding via scan: NOK 60,- per forwarding + NOK 5,- per scanned page.

* In case of a forwarding agreement, an amount needs to be prepaid to a forwarding account. We withdraw costs from this account each time we forward your mail.

** If you’re going to have your mail forwarded and won’t be coming to the store to collect mail, you won’t need a key, and you don’t have to pay the key deposit.
